Since we are at capacity, we are not offering late registration
except under exceptional circumstances.

Please be advised that DLV 2008 is open to registered participants
only! If you show up without having a valid registration, please
be prepared to be turned away.

If you believe your circumstances are indeed exceptional,
please do the following:

<li>Please review the DLV website and be
aware of what DLV is and what it is not. For the record, DLV is a social
event for the TG community and is not sexually oriented.

<li>Carefully read carefully the Conditions Of Participation, and the
Dress, Restroom, and Behavior guidelines on the web at the following

activities will result in immediate ejection. Illegal behavior (drugs,
pandering, etc.) will be reported to the authorities.

<li>Your SO's name, if he/she will be attending with you.
<p>

<li>A brief explanation as to why you were unable to register for
DLV using the normal procedures.
<p>

<li>When you expect to arrive in Las Vegas and when you will depart.
<p>

<li>Where you expect to be staying in Las Vegas and the name under which you
will be registered.
<p>

<li>A voice phone number at which you may be contacted. Please include
who we should ask for and the best time(s) to phone.
<p>

<li>In your own words, one sentence is fine, but it must be IN YOUR
OWN WORDS and EXPLICITLY CLEAR, that you have read our Conditions of 
Participation, and our Dress, Restroom, and Behavior guidelines, find
them to be acceptable, and agree to abide by them.
</ul>
<p>

If ANY of the above information is MISSING, INCOMPLETE, UNCLEAR, or
FRIVOLOUS, you will simply receive a
request to submit that information again. Also please note that "do not
know" is not an adequate answer to your arrival date, your departure
date, or where you are staying.
</ol>
<p>

Please don't be alarmed at the request for a voice phone number. It will
be kept highly confidential and will be used only for one brief call to
you to discuss your participation. This call
will be discreet, courteous, and brief.
<p>

Please understand that we do not know the telephone from which this
call will be made. It may be a pay phone, it may be a hotel room
phone, or it may be a volunteer's personal cell phone. It may or
may not deliver a valid &quot;Caller ID&quot; number.
<p>

Any failure to contact you, including no answer, voice mail, or
blocked access from an unknown number may delay things or impede your
registration. To assure discretion, we will not leave a message on your
voice mail or answering machine, nor will we explain the nature of our
call to anybody else who answers, even if the person who answers appears
to be aware of your request to attend DLV.
