Various updates:
As of this minute and second (about 0800 Wednesday) 72 of the sign-ups
have been done and 53 are still outstanding. The next batch goes out
Friday, as well as the first batch of nag-o-grams.
Most of the outstanding sign-ups are newbees, and yes, I expect a number
of them to be eventually cancelled by default for no response. However,
there are a few very conspicuous names on the outstanding list.

As for capacity, NSD is sitting at 33 and I expect it to fill today.
I'm planning on putting up the "FULL" signs on the various Eating Out
Night venues when the projection approaches 15. Bertolinis is sitting
at 15, but the projection is only 8.5 as of this time. Milanos is
12, with a projection of 10.5 and I'm watching that one. I don't want
to overwhelm Milanos this year.
Marie C is 14/8.1 and I'm watching that too.
Limo Tour is in a full waiting list state now, even with the addition of
the tentative 8th. vehicle. My hunch is that there will be enough of a
waiting list to back-fill any no-show or no-pay.
The one I'm concerned about (Ginger, advice?) is the SBS Social. It's
now sitting at 37 with a projection of 21.3. Should I put up the "FULL"
flag on this one?

Thanks, Cheryl. I've taken off the full sign and adjusted the capacity
to 60. It's currently sitting at 31 (current projection 20.4) but we
still have almost 2 weeks of sign-up left to go.
Just remember, I can't guarantee any particular turnout. DLV people
can be unpredictable. :)

Movie outing:

It's unfortunately too late for a sign-up.
It would be best if we could announce the exact film that is to be seen
and the exact time, rendezvous point, etc. in the final schedule in the
Large Final Mailing. That would give you a better turnout than if these
have to be decided on the fly. Proven over the years is that the fewer
IFs, the better the turnout.
I will be adding the Orleans to the venue map.
