Activity sign-up:
This mailing concentrates on items we need to get this process going.
Here are the activities I have on the list to be included in the
activity sign-up.
Please look over the list below. If there are any activities missing
which need a sign-up, head-count, or other hoop jump, please let me
know.
Those marked with an asterisk are those which we need information on.
We'll need to get all of this before Sunday the 26th. This is an
absolute drop-dead date. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Those noted with (SR) I have down as sign-up required. All others are
sign-up requested, but not required, for an approximate headcount.

Actually, I like that idea. My guess is that we'll have a smaller group
on Sunday evening, and we can just go in and get available tables and
order off the menu.
If there are no objections (speak now) I'll change the venue to Hard
Rock for Sunday evening dinner.
I'm also gonna put down HRC for Happy Hour at 6:00pm on Sunday.
