Air tours and funeral racers:
>>>Join us www.geocities.com/funeralracer
>>Uh ...
>It's just a signature line. I added it to most of my outgoing emails
>because I'm trying desperately to find people who are deranged and/or
>mechanically gifted enough to do something like this. It's an event
>sponsored by the Dallas Trocars, a group of people who restore hearses.
>We're basically building coffins on wheels and racing them down a hill.
>I'll add pics of mine to my geekbabe website, one of these days.
LOL ... That's one hell of a Soap Box Derby car! :)
>>As of this day, hour, minute, and second, we've got 9 signed up for the
>>Thursday session and 7 for the Friday session.
>With both airplanes going, we can take five at a time. I guess we
>should cap this at 15 for each day
Ok, I'll set this at 15.

SOM update:
I've been corresponding back and forth with Matt, Director of Marketing
for David Saxe Productions, which produces Showgirls Of Magic. Even
though they have had a recent price increase, they are still honoring
the original price of $25 per person that they made to us way back when.
The one thing he is asking, is that we collect from everybody and
physically purchase all tickets at once. I see no problem with this and
I'll be collecting during the week. I also see an advantage to our
turnout doing it this way, since it's one less hoop-jump the DLV masses
have to do, and they are less likely to no-show if they have already
paid for the tickets.
I may be asking for a couple volunteers to help pass out tickets and
police our waiting line as we wait to be seated.
Tiny is arranging for a photo session on stage with the SOM cast after
the show. I may ask for a couple volunteers to help get our people
moving up to the stage and to assist with posing. We'll use the
designated camera scheme again.
Tickets include two drink coupons, one for inside the showroom, and one
at the bar after the show. I plan on passing out the showroom one with
the tickets, and holding the other one and passing them out after the
photo session, kind of as an incentive to prevent a mass exodus. :)
Since there will be an after-show drink included, there should be some
hanging-around the San Remo afterwards.

Air and Bellagio:
>Hi Annie,
Hewwo
>I'll still plan on flying three flights a day Thursday and Two on
>Friday. Nine people Thrusday and 6 Friday, if there is more demand I
>will do another one on Friday. I need to leave Friday Night to be home
>Sat morning, so I'll probably do the Dinner and Mixer and bail early.
>Lunch at the Bellagio Buffet is still on, it is hard to schedule due to
>unknown of finishing time. But say 1:00 PM for Friday.
Ok, 1:00pm it is.
>As for the late night Belagglio drinking contest, I can pass the
>opportunity to Jenice and I'll just attend or not.
If you are in contact with her, and would not mind asking, please do so,
and let us know so we can get this on the calendar. Thanks.
>Sorry for the delay in responding its been a bad year so far.
