Latest numbers:

Wow! 11 more registrations over the past few days.

Two more have been cancelled for non-response (both having the first
name of Christine and a surname beginning with "H", go figure), but no
cancellations pending from the last batch.

Total of 16 sign-ups outstanding as of this time.

One cancelled registration has been un-cancelled ... see below.

Reconfirmed count is up to 116, which includes 20 SO's. If we assume a
15% no-show rate, that means around 97 people so far, not including the
drop-ins and tag-alongs.

Speaking of drop-ins, tag-alongs, and Jenny Come Latelys, I'll be
cutting off web registrations on Saturday the 19th. (All reports and
final lists will be as of that date.) I'll be making up hardcopy
registration forms, pretty much a duplicate of the screen, which we do
want the drop-ins to fill out. These will have the COP and an initial
box for it.

To those who want to register after Saturday the 19th, I'll note the
Welcome Celebration and some of the happy hours as times where walk-in
last-minute registrations are taken.

10 have indicated that they have very little or none at all WRT public
exposure.

Well, I removed it from the schedule, but since Gina has surfaced, I'll
put it back, if she agrees.

I think, anyway? :)

What time?

I think there may be some other opportunities to work HRCafe into the
plan, depending on how things fall into place.

The lost has been found:

Gina writes (from DLVDISC):

Welcome back, Gina. Glad to have you with us. We were gettin a bit
concerned there.

Air tours:

Gina writes:

>Hi Annie,

Hewwo :)

>Since all of the air-tours are full how many are you planning for each
>day.

Well, uh, if "you" refers to me, I'm not planning any of them. :)

>I can easily fly two or three a day if people want them.

Here's the story. When it looked like you were not gonna make it, I
put the FULL flag up to let people know space was getting tight. Since
you rejoined the real world, I took the full flag of both of them. I
reset the capacity of each session to 12.

As of this day, hour, minute, and second, we've got 9 signed up for the
Thursday session and 7 for the Friday session. You can see the daily
headcount summary at:

http://www.drbbs.com/dmr/dlvroster.txt

It's generated every morning at about 0400 CST or whenever it's forced.

Since this is a very informal and smaller activity, it's really your
baby and you and Densie and Tony can get together with those who are
going and mix/match and adjust as needed.
. . . . .

Now, while I have you on line, two other items ...

You had planned a lunch at the Bellagio Buffet after the tour on
Thursday. We killed this when it looked like you were not gonna make it.
Is this still a go?

Also, you had planned, or were planning a very late-nite bar thing at
the Bellagio. If this is still on, what day and time?
