Time for Brunch:
This mailing has only one item.
I'm sending this out early for timing reasons. I want to get this on the
schedule and let people know it's happening, but I don't want to dilute
the March 9 mailing, since it will be the announcement and gory details
of the activity sign-up which begins on the 10th.
I want to get this announced this Sunday, rather than wait for 2+ weeks,
and we do need to allow feedback from the DLVORG group (that's us, gang)
if there are any issues.
Sooooo ... If there are any objections or issues to Tina's proposal,
please speak now. If nothing comes in shortly, I'll put this in this
Sunday's mailing and solidify it on the schedule.
Personally, I thank Tina for taking the initiative on this, and I think
it will be a Good Thing<tm> for DLV.

Here are the numbers of registrations indicating the four hotels. I
did not check for SO's, so this is registrations, not total bodies.
IP: 4
Sahara: 22
San Remo: 8
Tropicana: 1
Here are the other categories as of this time:
Downtown: 1
Dunno: 17
Local: 12
Other Strip: 5
Off Strip: 4
Other: 9

LOL ... Creature of the night. :) {Say something in French, Riff!} :) :)

Tina's brother is great in chaperone mode, as those on the DLV 2001
limo tour will remember. :)
>Brunch implies breakfast food at lunch time - will there still be bacon
>and eggs at 1 PM? Probably not. Brunch is a concept, baby. Roll with
>it.
Actually, IIRC, they (Sahara) do have breakfast type food still out at
that time.
>Will I be there every single day? You've got to be kidding!! But I do
>commit to being there Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Thanks, Tina. I will most likely be joining you some of the days, and
I'll adjust my schedule accordingly when possible.
