Hotel votes:
Tomorrow a special mailing will be made requesting your votes on our
suggested hotels.
It will ask you for a simple YES or NO vote for each of our nominated
hotels.
This will allow you to make your selections based on several
interrelated criteria, such as scale, where, how many, special
interests, etc. For example:
. If you don't think we should be suggesting any hotels at all, vote
NO for all of them.
. If you think we should diversify as much as possible, vote YES for
all of them.
. If you want to see us concentrate in a particular geographic area,
vote YES only for those in the area you prefer and NO for all others.
. If you want to apply certain litmus tests, vote YES for those which
meet your criteria, NO for those which do not.
The dollar amounts below are for comparison only and listed
weekday/weekend and are the average of the high end discount and low
end regular rates reported by CheapoVegas with the exception of Holiday
Royale, which is the weekly rate reported by their web site.

It appears that both Wednesday and Thursday may be multi-track evenings
but it's too far out to consider either one in stone.

It is a possibility to do the limo thing on Wednesday, if those who are
coordinating it wish to change, or if circumstances dictate that it
would be the better option.

If you haven't been on the limo tour, you should definitely sign up for
it this coming DLV. For the past 2 years, it's been my favorite thing,
really. It's loads of fun!
IMAO, it should be late, and should be the last activity of the evening.
It seems to work nicely following a show on one of the big dress-up
evenings.

As of this day and hour, Karaoke has to be Wednesday, assuming we do it
at Goodtimes with the Karaoke MC that our people like. Of course, things
change as we've found out, but since he does have a good following over
there at Goodtimes on Wednesday, it will probably stay unless some other
influences prevail.
