Pulling the trigger:

It's been 48 hours and nobody has said "STOP!"

We've given Marisa the OK to pull the trigger.

We'll be closing down these special mailings and spinning off the
planning details for the Celebration to an ad-hoc list.

Big thanks go out to all who contributed to the planning of this very
special activity.

sounds like another way for me to make sure I help out Marisa, which I
am more than willing to do.

Maybe we can find out if in there computer system there is a way to at
least break it out my table and there is also some apps that now are out
there that perhaps a captain at each table could use to figure it out.

Nope, I'm not trying to steer you into the path of the busy work. You
did more than enough legwork for this affair to deserve credit for it.

Now, if you want to look into ways of automating the payment process,
please do so. Last year when we had the big blow-up over shared checks I
did some quick searches and found only those which did a simple divide
by n and add the tip.

I want to make the payment process as painless as can be, so the people
can indeed pay individually and not worry that someone else at their
table is not paying his/her fair share.
