Second Celebration mailing:

As everybody has probably figured out, there was no regular ORG mailing
this week. Most of the goings-on have to do with either the Celebration
or the EHM activity and both are covered by special mailings.

We'll do another schedule review on the Wednesday ORG mailing next week.

We have some yardhouse details and a proposed menu, on which we need
some eyeballs and some feedback.

I just spoke with Meghan and have gotten from her the following info:

1. If people want to just come and drink (to which I have said maybe
5-10 might do this), she is going to find out if their bar tab can be
added to our $35 minimum per person.

If the answer is no, then they can buy drinks downstairs and just bring
them upstairs. That appears to be a solution for them. If she says it
will count that helps us out.

2. If these same people want to sit at a table and not order food, then
as long as the # is 5-10 then it probably wouldn't be a problem. We may
want to get a wrist band for them to identify them.

3. Attached is the buffet menu she is proposing, which is based on 100
people and is $22.41 before tax and tip, which will go toward the $35
minimum. Tax and tip will add $5.85 to the bill. This money we will need
to collect somehow from each person, either that night or before.Easier
to round it up to $29, so we have some cushion. May change if final
count is say 80 vs. 100.

4. Each person would settle their own bar tab, which would then be
totaled to see how much it contributes to the $35 minimum. That is
roughly 2 drinks each.

5. They cannot do separate checks for food, so if we get 80-100 people,
the bill will be totaled and needed to be paid. Obviously, this still
presents a problem.

6. The menu, which is buffet style, has a salad and 3 options to pick
from, with a vegeterian, chicken and fish. Not to heavy a dinner, but
seems OK.

I believe that answers our questions.

Update:

Thank you Annie and Cami! I reached out to the team and if it is only a
handful of people (5-10 as discussed) that will be joining for drinks,
we can apply their checks to the minimum. Please let me know if there is
anything else I can assist with in the meantime. Thank you!

This will be my 4th year and I am so looking forward to it.

I have really like the way Bahama Breeze has treated us girls its pretty
amazing! I know I have felt so comfortable there and have meet and still
keep in touch with good friends from last year. Cool Place for opening
ceremonies!

I do love the Yard House as well fun place great food maybe we can add
it as a mid week dinner location.
