This will be the last regular ORG mailing prior to DLV 2015.

It's a relatively short ORG mailing this week.

Why?

Most everything is in place, most bases are well-covered, and we are
ready to go for a very successful 19th. annual event!

If there are any last minute snags, concerns, heads-ups, etc., please
be sure to get them in ASAP.

that they were implemented and if not, please remind or resend. One

To all in the Org Group--

The conversation below is "organizationally healthy" and really opens up
our continuing challenge for developing activity participation.

We are the "cutting edge" in our community of those wishing to express
their female "persona" via the Diva Las Vegas 'vacation concept' . We
provide an exciting venue to attend a vacation --- a feminine gender
experience.

I believe we will always need to initiate "what needs to address the
needs for the 'next' in program, venue, and personal dialog with our
"sisters". And we need to promote and explain why it is the 'next'.
That is challenge each of our Activity Coordinators face with the
activity they promote so very effectively over the past years.

So Coordinators look to Diva 2015 as the "field trip" for developing who
we will be in 2016 !!!

This year's program offers several 'next' activity items we need to
evaluate, develop, and track in order to establish the "what and why"
people chose to attend. We also need to look at "leaping forward" and
not stay with the 'same old"

We are blessed with those of you have delivered on this challenge and
how you will solicit one(1) additional person this Diva event to join us
on the Org Team

We grow and become viable when we bring along others to join us to
contribute to volunteering to make us " a vacation like no other !!".

Let's get this party started right!

We will kick off the week Monday night at Bahama Breeze in style.
DLV2015 The Divas Are Back In Town Celebration provides the opportunity
to dress your best and live it up looking your finest.

Bring out that glamorous outfit you've been dying to show off. Beads,
bangles, bodacious and beautiful is what I'm talking about. Let's dazzle
Vegas like it's never seen before.

Make it classy, make it chic, make a statement, start a trend. It's
all about you looking and feeling your best and having fun with your
friends.

Make it happen girl! It's VEGAS! It's DLV2015. And the DIVAS ARE BACK IN
TOWN!

The engines are full ahead, the mooring lines have been cast off, and
we're clearing the harbor on our voyage to DLV 2015, which is our 19th.
annual event!

The weather is clear and the seas are predicted to be calm. It should
be an enjoyable trip for those aboard.

Optimistic? Yes!

We are very fortunate to have an event which can sail smoothly in the
rough seas of the times. As almost every other major TG events struggle
to remain afloat, we continue full ahead with no icebergs in sight.

We can't take our smooth sailing for granted! We need to maintain a
lookout, watch the radar, and listen to our passengers.

In order to continue on course for years to come, we must remain
relevant to our passengers' needs and we must remain affordable, as
these are the landmines that the ships sailing for other lines have run
into.

We are very fortunate that our event remains very popular and scales
well. We are also very fortunate that we have a very enthusiastic group
of volunteers who value both innovation and consistency.

There is one thing I would ask all volunteers to do, and to encourage
others to do, and that is to actively reach out to those you do not
know well and include them in your goings-on! The camaradarie and
cohesiveness of our group will be what keeps us going in the years
to come.
