A few more comments on the dates have come in, but nothing earthshaking.
Let's go for a vote!

Those of voting status can expect a special ballot mailing within the
next few days. Please watch for this and let us know if you do not
receive this by Friday at the latest.

Following the vote, we'll have our usual one month Call For Comments
period before the dates are final. A general mailing will go out as soon
as the polls are closed.
