This is probably the shortest ORG mailing of all times. The reason
is that about everything that needs to be done is done.

Our total registration count now sits at 205.

Now, before anyone gets all excited about breaking 200 this year, please
keep in mind that 24 did not respond, in any way, shape, or form, to
repeated requests to sign up for activities, and probably will not show.
This level of non-response is expected and typical.

This puts our real-world final turnout prediction somewhere in the
150-ish to 170-ish range, depending on countless various factors. This
is right in line with what we've been seeing in recent years and what
has been predicted all along this year.

Registration and activity sign-up are closed and locked down.

As always, the one thing that can be expected is that we may be calling
upon some of you to help "pinch hit" in the event of some unforeseen
needs.

On behalf of the Project Management Team, I (Annie) would like to thank
all involved for making this the smoothest-planned event in recent
history! The level of enthusiasm and cooperation that we've seen this
year makes our job much easier, and results in a more enjoyable event
for all. We have a full and rich schedule this year, with many popular
"big gun" activities.

This year's event is something that all of you can be personally proud
of! :)

We're looking forward to seeing all of you in Las Vegas this coming
weekend! (And, don't forget about the Pre-DLV gathering!) :)
