"These are the only options" is in the context that the options given
are the only ones within our customary timeframe which do not have
significant family conflicts or high room rates.

If you wish to see any other week on the ballot, please feel free to
raise a motion to add any week, within our customary timeframe or not,
to the ballot.

My SO who comes with me always has a commitment on the first and second
Saturdays of May. May 4 is the Sunday between the first and second
Saturdays.

With and the time travel required for us with somewhat distant airports
she would be unable to come and I need to be with her for support.

I would not want to keep others from enjoying DLV, but the week of May
4-10 is just impossible for us. The week ending on Saturday May 3 would
require our abbreviated attendance and early departure.

I wouldn't be able to make the dates in May as there is a major academic
papers deadline at that time but I could make week in either late March
or early April. The weather this year in April was a little windy, but
the previous two years were fine.

If I can make it, I will probably bring back the pole dancing and hunt.
If I really get organized, then I will try to setup our vegas wedding
(the one where I get to wear the dress) either right before or after DLV
so that friends can come and join us.
