All corrections, additions, tweaks, etc. for the final schedule have
been put in place. Please give this another once-over:

Big thanks to Coordinators who agreed to have their phone numbers
published. To ease some concern, links to the pages on which the
numbers appear will be sent only to registered attendees. Although
far from ideal, we do have means in place to detect any "leaks" of
sensitive info (pages with phone numbers, staged photos, etc.) and
to quickly kill the offending person's link.

One schedule snag. It turns out that the Absinthe show may be dark
on Tuesday. Cami will be checking for sure and reporting back. If
it is indeed dark Tuesday, it will be rescheduled for Wednesday.

Pre-DLV gathering:

Annie responds:

I like the two suggestions of the Neonopolis Denny's and Tommy
Rocker's as possible Pre-DLV venues. We've never used either of
them and the Pre-DLV gathering has often been used to "test drive"
new facilities.

For those thinking "Denny's? WTF?", this facility does indeed have
the Denny's brand but it's quite different from the typical Denny's
that you will see at an expressway exit. It has a full bar and is
integrated into the Neonopolis complex.

Several of you are probably casually acquainted with the namesake of
Tommy Rocker's, as he's performed at our gatherings at Bahama Breeze
in past years.

Speaking of Bahama Breeze, I would not suggest this for a Pre-DLV
gathering simply due to the fact that we're using it for one of the
major activities later in the week. There's the "been there, done
that" factor to consider but more importantly, if ANYTHING would
go wrong, from some individual getting a bad meal to ({deity} forbid)
a restroom incident, word could spread and spoil the turnout at the
subsequent activity.

I also realized that we ARE using the PT's on Sahara on Sunday night,
so I'm provisionally withdrawing that suggestion for that reason and
for the fact that I think we have two better suggestions, those being
Neonopolis Denny's and Tommy Rocker's.

As for crowds, almost anyplace will be crowded eventually on a post-
recession Saturday. We typically start the Pre-DLV things 6-ish or so,
which is before the big crowds arrive.

Between the two (Neonopolis Denny's and Tommy Rocker's) at this time
I'm leaning toward the Neonopolis Denny's as the better option since
it's literally steps away from many other places that our people
might want to wander to afterwards. D&D is literally upstairs and
there are countless other attractions within a block radius.

Comments on the Pre-DLV venue? Do we need a vote on this?
