Final schedule once-over:

We're asking all to please read this mailing carefully and respond
promptly if there are any issues, as this is one of the most
important items there is!

We would like all volunteers, particularly activity Coordinators,
to please look over the final detailed schedule, on line here:

This is the big long "ugly printed" schedule from which all other
versions of the schedule are derived.

Coordinators: Please be sure your activities are listed as you like
them and that all items are correct and complete. LFM goes out one
week from today. Once this goes out, it's difficult to make any
changes!

If the "Coordinator Phone" is not listed and you want it to be,
please send your phone number in and say you want it included. If
you already sent it in, please resend or remind. If your number is
incorrect, please let us know. Likewise, if your number is listed
and you don't want it to be, please say so.

Please be sure such things as dress notes are the way you want them
to be.

If your activity is in a waiting list state, please be sure that the
notes contain correct waiting list instructions.

Please let us know ASAP of anything that does not look right! Your
prompt attention is appreciated. :)

I was thinking Claim Jumper at Town Square. I held 2 SO get-togethers
there, but it is a distance from anywhere. PT's on E. Sahara sounds good
to me.

Claim Jumper would work, but as you say it's way south, plus PT's
should be more comfortable for those who are a bit shy.

All: Is this what we want (PT's on 6th. and Sahara) for the Pre-DLV
gathering? If not, please suggest an alternative.
