Please help test the survey:
As you know we had a highly successful event!
We'll begin the summarizing and the wrap-up shortly, but there
are a few things we definitely need to get on the fast track,
and one of these is the annual attendee survey.
We need to get this rolled out without delay and get the
responses while memories are fresh and the "glow" is still
illuminated.
We would like to ask all volunteers who attended DLV 2011 to
help us test and shake down the survey.

Please consider this survey to be live and "for real" at this
time. Unless troubles are discovered your answers will count,
so please answer this accurately and follow instructions, in
