Semi-final wrap-up:
Another quick touch-base. Most everything appears to be covered.
The schedule was put to bed and "locked" this morning. Unless
something tragic occurs, the LFM will be sent out tomorrow
morning.
Activity sign-up closes tonight midnight CDT. At that time, all
of your sign-up lists will be about as final as they can get. :)
Registration will close tomorrow at midnight CDT. We'll do a
final run of the numbers then and lock all of the auto updates
on the rosters and such and prepare the check-in lists.
Here's the way they look this morning:

There has been activity, but the late registrations and the
cancellations have been canceling out each other in terms of

As an update: I posted a note in last Saturday's general mailing
reiterating some of what's in the Admirer Guide on the web in
no uncertain terms. Since then, one of the suspect admirers has
unsubscribed and the one looking for a roommate has let his
registration lapse for non-response.
It certainly appears that some had a very mistaken impression
of what DLV is all about!

Dance Open House:
Hey its Sabrina, a couple of things, concerning the little open
house that Jill is hosting before the dance lessons, it will be
in the IP at our room, no room number until I check in on Sunday.
Since I will be hosting the margaritaville event on Sunday I
should have the information (room number) by then for anyone
attending that wants to come, and my contact number which is my
cell is: 208-602-5864.
Also what time is the pre-dlv event at Firefly on Saturday? Lots
of talk about it so far, but no time mentioned that I can find
since its not a scheduled event.

Pre-DLV does not have a definite start time, but we expect
people to start wandering in around 6:00pm and I think Marisa
plans to be there earlier.

I have not been able to check with Sabrina to see if she wants to

contacted there. We will know Sunday what room we will be in. But,
I plan on having several messages sent before this week ends.

Yes, with Sabrina's phone number, I think it's about as good
as we can get.
If you're shy about posting a phone number, the final schedule
and the Large Final Mailing will be much more secure than will
be the Discussion Forum on MyDLV. The LFM only goes out to the
registered attendees, but the Discussion Forum is readable by
anyone who knows where to look for it, plus it's sent out as
e-mail to 100-some people and echoed over to the Yahoo group.
