This is a special mailing covering only one topic, various
activities which have been volunteered for, spoken of,
tentatively scheduled, etc., which are missing information
and need to be solidified prior to activity sign-up, which
begins in two weeks.
We are approaching one of our more critical "time crunch" points.
All: Please go over the following list. If your "name is called",
please give us an update, preferably with enough information to
make your activity solid, within the next list cycle.
If anybody needs any input or help on any of these, please say
so without hesitation.
Everyone's prompt attention to everything on this list will be
appreciated.

Is this a go or no-go? If go, we need a day and time if you
need any kind of sign-up or headcount. If it's "no sign-up, just
show up", we will not need to include it on the sign-up screen,
but if it is we'll need at least some tentative day/time plans.
If you need sign-up input of an instrument, we'll need to do
some special coding of the sign-up screen.
