Vote results:
Polls are closed on our motion to reconsider the DLV 2009 dates
and the results are as follows:
For: 7
Against: 7
Abstain: 0
Although this is technically a tie, under the commonly-accepted
definitions of "majority" as being "more than half" or "half plus
one", the motion fails.
Last vote was dated Monday, 15 Sep 2008 20:23:01 PDT and polls
were closed 20:23 PDT on Wednesday.
Please look over the list of raw votes below. If you have any
reason to believe that your vote is not listed, please send in
your cc'd copy of your vote with original header lines intact.
Since this is so close, I'll hold off announcing for 24 hours
pending reports of non-receipt of ballots which were mailed
during the times the polls were open.
We'll resume our regular DLV planning in the next regular ORG
