All of those of voting status should receive the ballot e-mail
shortly. If you don't receive it within a few hours and are of
voting status, please e-mail and say you're missing it.
To help move things along, please submit your vote promptly.
Likewise, please check your e-mail frequently as we approach the
beginning of next week and read any ORG mailings promptly.

This is a motion to reconsider the dates for DLV 2009. As
accepted by the floor, the motion does not, should it carry,
assign any new dates to DLV 2009.
A vote FOR the motion will re-start the date selection process
for DLV 2009.
A vote AGAINST the motion will affirm the dates of May 11 thru
May 16 as the dates for DLV 2009.
