Friday Dining Option:

Jay writes:

We had you scheduled at South Point for a Friday evening dining
option. So, we'll change your dining option from South Point
to Planet Hollywood on Friday Night.

>I want this to be the best DLV ever. I only hope I can help
>make that happen.

Volunteer help is what makes DLV work. And, your volunteer work
is appreciated by all.

Art Tour:

JoAnn writes:

>Regarding the Art Tour-- Sarah is on vacation but we both think

>Tour is a good schedule without have an Art Tour, too.

The Art Tour is now penciled in for Wednesday morning, rather
than Thursday morning. You can announce the meeting area as
time gets closer.

If the Art Tour is at the Bellagio, you might want to coordinate
Lunch w/Ginger to be at the Bellagio Buffet.

EON and Limo:

Marcia writes:

>I dont have a lot of details of my planned events so far. But

>Also I am planning on going on the limo tour also, so if you

>determined, I could do more for you if needed.

We'll put you down for assisting for EON at Prime Rib Loft if
needed.

Also, JoAnn and/or Annie will be in touch with you on the Limo
Tour. I know they will also be recruiting another Limo volunteer
in addition to you.

Various Discussion Items:

Jamie Renae writes:

>I feel that the Thurs evening show needs to be less that $100.
>Even that is quite pricey. I know that the shows are expensive,
>but we need to offer a good time at a price that our attendees
>can afford.

>Last year, we were thinking about the George Wallace show as
>a second option to Love. Then a second headliner - can't
>remember who, joined GW and the ticket price shot up over
>$100, which effectively shot GW down.

(Annie has some comments on this topic further on in this mailing.)

>My personal opinion of the complaint, of new attendees being
>left out, is a direct result of Tootsey being absent. She is
>the "Worlds Greatest Greeter". I don't know of anyone else
>that can memorize everyone's name on first sight. Fortunately,
>she is returning this year!!! ;))

Yes, Tootsye's return will be a welcome blessing to us all!!

>When will we be setting up the sign- up lists?

The activities that require sign-up will come out around
April 1.

We will inform everyone of the exact day that sign-ups are
available in the last few weeks of March.
