This contains only hotel items. There are a few other things going on and
those will appear in the next regular mailing, most likely Wednesday.

First for the Sahara:

And for the Imperial Palace:

I'm holding off on the announcement of the suggested hotels until we
see if we get a second on this motion. See item below.

We already have two hotels nominated and voted upon for our suggested
hotels. That's a done deal.
If we would count your Monte Carlo vote as a write-in, there's no way it
could carry with only one vote out of 20.
However, I'm considering your note above to be a motion to add the
Monte Carlo to our list of suggested hotels for DLV 2006.
The floor is now open for a second, should anybody wish to second
this motion. If seconded, we can vote, and should that carry, we
will then add it.
There is a desire by some in the org group here that we reduce any
further delays and move things along. While I do understand this point
of view, I don't think anybody's hotel will sell out should we delay the
announcement if we have a second on this motion.
I'll hold off on announcing the suggested hotels for 48 hours. In the
event we get a second on the Monte Carlo, I'll hold until the result
of that vote.
