The week of N+I (week after the currently scheduled DLV) is the one
that's the most iffy for me.
Most is still unknown at this time. We won't be discussing who gets to
go to what conference, etc., until after the first of the year, but,
with rare exception we can only have one person go to any single
conference, plus we need to watch others taking time off while somebody
else is away.
Meaning, if I'm not the one who goes to N+I, it will be very difficult
for me to take the week of N+I off to go anywhere, and I will not know
for some time if I am the one to go to it from our department.
