Shaping up nicely:
This is being sent out now as there are a few items that should be
brought up without delay.
Reconfirmed headcount is now at 117, which is right where we want it to
be for our projected turnout between 120 and 130. Registrations and
activity sign-ups continue to trickle in. The Limo Tour and combined
LGTP/Slumber party are the only things that are full.
About 20 registrations, almost all newcomers, are soon to be cancelled
for non-response. However (comma) a couple of those are people who are
ON THIS LIST! Please get that in ASAP, gang! :)
It's also come to my attention that several Big Sister and roommate
sign-ups have cancelled or have cancellation pending. A few have never
registered at all. Please check the master list

these as it will give the latest status on all attendees.

MS - Mainstream venue. Predominately used by the general public as
opposed to the GLBT community.
SV - Safe Venue. GLBT in orientation, little exposure to the general
public.
MV - Major Venue. Kinda between the above two. Used for a more public
setting where we will be the major contingent of people there at the
time.
Michelle coined these back in 2003 to indicate the relative safety or
public exposure of our venues. There is a 4th definition, ND for Non-DLV
activity, but by definition this will not appear on our schedule. :)
LFM - Large Final Mailing. Michelle calls this one the War And Peace
edition. Several large ISPs report major slowdowns when this is sent
out to DLV attendees.
