Polls are still open:

This mailing is being sent a few hours early due to the fact I was
called out of town at short notice and I'm running on a strange schedule.

As of this time, no 24 hour period has elapsed with no votes, so
polls remain open.

Please look for the special Call For Votes mailing that was sent out
last weekend and reply with your vote if you have not done so already.
If you can't find this, write and a duplicate will be sent.

If possible, please send in your vote in plain text without HTML.

The one who received a reply from me on an unclear vote, please clarify,
as it may hold up the results if you do not.

Gun show info:

Probably the best forum for this would be the DLV discussion list in the
early spring when people start reading it regularly. Yes, we can include
it in one of the monthly mailings, but it would be best to hold off
until the spring for it.

Actually, I am suffering from the off-by-one error here. We only have
THREE opportunities to do RHPS at DLV this coming year. I hope that's
enough Absolute Pleasure<tm> for you. :)

Ok, it's in there now. Until now it was on the proposed list, but not
scheduled.

Assuming Tramps has food that's good, I think something like the
Wednesday evening we had at DLV 2003 would work fine ... Dinner,
Cagle, and the Show Du Jour.

How is Tramps doing? Does it appear to be stable, meaning it will be
around in May of 2004?

How is the food? We did have complaints about the food at Sasha's for
our dinner last year. If we do something like this, we will need to
assure the people that the food will be better.

Tina, if you won't be there Friday evening, do you want to schedule
this for some other night?

I definitely think a HM dinner is called for. Perhaps this could be one
of the early days, whatever they may be. :)

I don't think we have to be concerned about the days. It's the evening
activities (yes, those what take some "real work" to plan) that I think
we will need to concentrate on.
