The International Alliance, formerly known as the International Alliance for Male Feminism and originally the National Alliance for Heterosexual Male Feminism was a membership organization primarily serving traditional crossdressers.
It was founded in 1974 as a break-away group from FPE/Tri-Ess.
At its peak in the late 1970s, the International Alliance had active chapters in several major cities.
