Diva Las Vegas
Diva Las Vegas is a recurring annual social event for members of the TG Community, including friends and guests, which happens each spring in Las Vegas, Neveda, US.
History
Diva Las Vegas, also known as DLV or just Diva, was founded in 1997 as an in-real-life meet-up for members of the Pinkmyst Internet Relay Chat network.The event grew explosively for several years until it became one of the more significant TG Events in the US.
Event Format
DLV is based on what is called the "Vacation not a convention" model, where activities are social, participatory, recreational, or cultural in nature, as opposed to activities typically seen at conventions such as lectures, seminars, etc.
Unlike most other TG events, Diva Las Vegas is not centered around a hotel. Activities occur at many locations throughout the greater Las Vegas area.
