convention: this is a vaction , NOT a convention

tax: this group does not collect money for this
group, notice there is no fee to register. any event,
of course you have to pay to see a movie, eat dinner,
share a limo .... but the movie or the restaurant or
the limo company gets the money, not this group.

business record: this is not a business, just a group
of friends getting together for fun and sharing
expenses equally

I'll just come out and say it, I've checked you out before I registere.
Answer me this,

1. The Las Vegas Convention Bureau knows nothing of
you. Why is this?

2. Nevada Secretary Of State has no record of your
business at all?

3. State Tax department has no business license or
tax permit for you.

I've checkd with several variation of your
busness name.

The main reason we're not listed with the Las Vegas Convention and
Visitors Bureau is because we're not a convention. Their services
are intended mainly for conventions and trade shows.

We don't have any licenses or tax permits because we don't need
them. We're not doing any business in Nevada.

or our legitimacy, write in, we will be happy to address your
concerns in depth.
