Adult Babies. Transgenerationalists.

Yes, somebody's gonna jump in here and remind us that we've had
various "Little Girl" things on occasion at DLV, but remember,
these were in a safe venue, behind closed doors, never in
mainstream public.

A good example outfit might be a prom dress worn with a full
beard and paratrooper boots. You do see this look occasionally
at pride celebrations and the like. (Boobs optional.) :) :)

This was popular in drag shows in the 1970s and maybe up into the
1980s. Typically the performer would enter from stage right and do
an about face (casting aside the boa) just past center stage,
giving the illusion of doing the transition in milliseconds.
When done effectively it would indeed draw gasps from the
audience. It did get old after a while, and many of the amateurs
who tried it didn't usually pull it off very well. I haven't seen
this in years.

You may remember this in an old Peter Paul Mounds/Almond Joy
commercial. "Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't."
I've always been sure that this was done by a performer who had
done the act on stage and was snagged by the ad agency.

That commercial showed the exact moves the performer would make
at the beginning of the act.
