I got a laugh out of this one:
It is unlawful, within the unincorporated area of Clark County, for any
person, other than a law enforcement officer, to use an electronic stun
device (device which is designed to deliver an electric shock to the
body or person of another) for any purpose other than self defense.
...so what is it OK for the cops to do with them? Torture confessions
out of people? Take the batteries out and put them in their
flashlights? Use them to herd cattle into the chutes?
