I can't believe you may not be able to attend DIVA again next year; this
nearly breaks my heart! I was absolutely thrilled to make your
acquaintance at the Saturday Los Palmas opener and to see you again at
church the following Sunday, I'll never forget how you looked. and then
to stand with you in the group photo on Monday, even though I looked so
trashy; you're the diva of all divas and I do so wish and hope you will
be back again next year so you and I can walk arm and arm down the strip
in the broadest of daylight with the whole DIVA entourage of us in tow,
so all of Las Vegas can look at and admire us. Next year I will be
dressing to kill, and I don't give a damn about age appropriate either.
You must realize, all this silly forum banter is just us in the off
season, being bored, with nothing to do, and dreaming of next April,
when we can all sprout our spring petals and feathers once again and
strut around as the beautiful birds we are. Of course we spit and pee
and moan and cat fight over any issue at all; anything to keep from
clawing our eyes out and screaming with fury from our own desperation,
lonliness and bordom. Can you not see that ? We are all guilty of
that, every one of us. Do return sweet Jane, be here next year; grace
us with your presence once again, and leave the old lady at home. Don't
make me have to come to Iowa and drag you back here by the hair, you
just plan on being here with all the rest of us miserable bitches so we
can do this thing up right. 'Nuff said.
