We've had quite a few join the Pinkfest list lately. Welcome. Hope you
can make it.
The one question that keeps coming in is "how many people will be
there?"
I don't know. I have no clue as of this time since we haven't even
started taking headcounts yet. I would estimate the turnout to be
somewhere between a large handful and a small mob. That's the best
I can do at this time. :)
We're about a month out as of this time, and it's time we should be
putting the schedule together, and be sure that if there's anything
that's a high priority for somebody, we get it on the slate.
As for the Thursday extension, I will definitely be there sometime
Thursday afternoon (I've booked my air and there's a penalty for
changes) so yes, if there are others in Thursday, then Pinkfest can
start Thursday. :)
In the past we've talked about doing Hunters Dance Club on Thursday,
but lately nobody seems to be jumping up and down about it. If this
is a priority, please start jumping up and down. :)
I have two leads for RHPS possibilities for Saturday, if anybody is
interested (if you are, please start jumping up and down), one out in
the Burbs and the other in Indiana somewhere. More info when it
develops.
Consensus seems to be that we want to definitely do Rudy on Friday.
For those who have never seen Rudy DeLaMor, he is a comic pianist who
interacts very well with his audience. Just be sure NOT to read a
newspaper in his audience. :)
If there's no RHPS interest for Saturday (or before RHPS), there are a
few more places I've discovered in the bar district that would warrant
us stopping by.
Comments, ladies? (gentlemen?)
. . . . .
