You are indeed correct, meaning that will not be our official (if there
is such a thing) Saturday evening activity.
However, it's a free country, and people who want to do that are of
course free to do so, in addition to, or in place of the scheduled
Pinkfest activities.
My wish for this Pinkfest is, of course, to have maximum turnout and
participation in our agreed-upon activities.

Really no deadline. Since we don't have registration, there can be no
deadline for registration, right? :) In a couple weeks we'll take some
headcounts for such things as a Saturday dinner reservation, but other
than that, this is very informal.
