Ann Sathers would be a place I recommend because it's very T-friendly.
Many banquets/events have been booked there for Tri-Ess and other TG
groups in IL. The decor and menu aren't fantastic. But it is spacious
and accomodating to us.
Also, it's adjacent to Boy's Town. So, people comfortable out in
public...and those new to the experience can feel they're walking into a
"safe" environment. Just a thought. I'm from Milwaukee, but have been
there several times with good experiences:)
