Things to do:
There's been a bit of on-line chatter about Pinkfest, but I think it's
time to start making a list of things we want to do, and start getting
a tentative schedule set.
First of all, let's review some of the things we did last year and see
if there are any here we want to repeat, and any that we definitely want
to ash-can.
Let's enumerate, give a few comments, and anybody else who has any
comments or suggestions, please chime in.
1. Dinner at Shuckers.
Although I would like to think of trying other places, I like this place
and would gladly eat there again if the group wants to.
2. Baton Show Lounge.
I liked the show. I would not mind going again. I think this would be a
great one for those who have not been to such a show yet. I don't think
it would be boring or repetative for those who went last year.
3. Lunch at Ed's.
AFAIC, this is a must-do. :) :) They *LOVED* us! :)
4. Museum of Science and Industry.
I would like to do something touristy on this trip, but something other
than MSI this time. I'm thinking maybe we could to the Planetarium and
the Shedd Aquarium, since those two are close to each other and they
make a nice Saturday afternoon thing.
5. Dinner at Carson's.
Again, I would gladly eat here again if the group wants to, but I'm sure
there are other good places, both in the Andersonville/Lakeview areas
and elsewhere.
6. Bar/club tour.
We only scratched the surface in the bar district. Lotsa other places
to be checked out. :)

Next, here are a few things we talked about doing, but never really
happened. Which of these do we wanna do?
* Shopping
Many of us can be shopaholics. There's the big Water Tower Place as well
as the countless individual places. This would make an excellent Friday
afternoon activity.
There's also a t* specialty shop (Rory's?) in the area. I don't have any
great need to go there personally, but if the others do, I'll go with
the flow.
* Gaming
Do we want to do this?
* RHPS
I know there's one out Honda-way in the 'burbs. Anybody interested?
* Sunday breakfast
Yeah, I know, we were supposed to do this, but I had to scoot early
Sunday morning to take care of a client-related issue. :( Let's make
this happen this year.

Anyway, we've got about two months to go. I know some of the people
are excited already.
Ladies (gentlemen) please let us know what you think of what we did
last year, what you want to see repeated, and what we didn't do that
would like to see this year.
Remember, not everybody has to do everything, and it's perfectly ok
for different groups of us to be doing different things at the same
time.
