April-only motion vote:

There will be a vote coming up very shortly. Please watch your inboxes
and please understand what you will be voting on.

This particular vote, the one occurring during this week, the week of
September 12, is not to set the actual dates of DLV 2018. It is on the
"April-only" motion, which was raised and seconded and is now under
discussion.

This mailing contains only items related to the April-only motion. All
other items will be held for future mailings.

Everyone of voting status should receive the ballot for the April-only
motion within the next day or so. If you are of voting status and do not
receive this by Wednesday evening at the very latest, please write in
and scream.

Here are the comments received on the April-only motion.

The motion, if it carries, will remove options from our DLV 2018 date
selection ballot which contain non-April dates.

Should the motion fail to carry, the date options to be voted upon will
remain as posted in previous mailings.
