Final wrap-up:

This will be the final mailing to the DLV 2013 ORG group.

Within the next week or so we'll be restarting things, getting the
mailing lists adjusted, and getting ready to convene the 2014 ORG
group.

Any additional material received will be held for the 2014 ORG group.

It is not over until it is over! However, believe we are at the "fork
in the road", so take it as we go forward to 2014!

What more can I say! This was one of the most enjoyable and smoothest
running DLV events in many years, and I want to personally thank all
tho helped to make it so!

Attendance was up from last year, as you can see from the surveys,
the ratings are up, and everybody had a good time. That's what we're
all about.

BDR issues were close to nonexistent this year. Isn't it nice! :)

The level of general b*tching and complaining, often times said to be
the national sport of the TG community, was almost unheard.

Again, thanks to one and all. This was a very good event this year!

I, Vera Delmar and co-host Dennis Roney, arrived with plenty of time to
enjoy a nice comfortable Happy Hour at the front bar before being seated
in the main dining room. There we socialized with several of the ladies
and there SO's. There was even young German man from Cologne who had
just flown into Las Vegas who took the stool right next to me and
started chatting. Told him about our group and he thought it was great.

Once we were ready to be seated, the hostess led us into the main
dining room, a very large impressive recreation of a Bavarian beer
hall with the wooden tables and benches, tall strong columns to
support the high beamed ceiling. In the corner there was a bandstand
for the Oompah band, which played lots of wonderful German polkas while
we feasted on typical German faire sand washed it down with good old
German beer.

I believe I counted 17 total in attendance, including Dennis and myself.

We were very comfortable sand I didn't detect any discomfort from the
girls nor the other patrons. Afterwards even the Oompah band members
told us thanks for being there, adding that we added some color to the
night.

We were served well, and in the end several of the girls choose to get
spanked by the waitress with a huge thick wooden paddle to the delight
of the rest of us. The meeting of the wooden paddle on covered human
flesh made a very distinct cracking sound that filled the huge room from
the energy that was released. I just need to ask what did you ladies do
to get a spanking like that, and I hope the three of you got some kind
of discount or a prize of some sort for that.

Thanks, Vera. It appears that it was a good time for all. As you know,
the activity scored 4.7 for enjoyment and 5.0 for comfort, including
the spankings! :)
