The clock is ticking, however.
There is a "cushion" in the timing for contingencies such as
this, but we can only wait so long to roll out activity sign-
up. After a delay of a week or so it will become very tight.

Bahama Breeze might work, but I do foresee issues.
1. It's more mainstream and less comfortable for those just
coming out, than would be the Firefly.
2. It's a crap-shoot as far as the room we get. If we get stuck
off to the right side, as we did in 2008, it's gonna be very
crowded when we get over 100 bodies in there. It's highly
visible from the main bar, and the path to the restrooms is as
well, which resulted in a restroom issue which carried over to
2009. :(
3. Although I don't think it's a major sin to use the same
venue twice, having both max-attendance gatherings there might
encourage some to skip the second one, spoiling the turnout.
You know, "been there, done that" and such.
