Activity Sign-up:
Annie has been keeping us updated on the progress of sign-up activity.

Keeping track of the current sign-up activity is crucial to all of the
activity coordinators, and is a very integral part of making the
schedule flow smoothly. Many thanks to Annie, our computer guru, for
making this so easy for the activity coordinators.

Filling In The Blanks:
DLV 2007 is just over two weeks away!
The schedule looks pretty solid, but there are still some loose ends
that need to be finalized.

Tuesday, April 24:
10:30am Lake Mead Boat Cruise (Lake Mead - MS)
Diane, unless you specify otherwise, the assembly point for the Lake
Mead Boat Cruise will be at the east end of the St. Tropez parking lot,
near the old Hamburger Marys building.

Tuesday, April 24
5:00pm Night Of The Soiled Doves (SV)
The assembly point for NSD IV will also be at the east end of the St.
Tropez parking lot, same as the LM Boat Cruise. The departure time will
be 5:00pm *SHARP*. When you check in and pay for NSD, you'll be asked
if you need a ride, or if you can drive. We'll need 7-8 cars and
drivers for this activity. If you're a rider, please make a donation to
the drivers gas fund.

7:00pm Local buffet dinner (TBA)
For someone not attending NSD, we need to have a volunteer step forward
for both of these activities.
The HH simply needs a friendly face to be present. Otherwise, our
people, and the newbees in particular, will see their shadow and dive
back into their hole. :)
As for the buffet, let's try the Paris Buffet. They are now actively
marketing themselves to the GLBT community. With that in mind, we
should send business their way.

Diane, unless you specify otherwise, the meeting point will be at the
corner of Fremont Street and Casino Center Boulevard, under the canopy.

A venue has not currently been selected for this. So, let me suggest
Paris as our gaming venue. Why? The same reason I'm suggesting the
buffet be held there. :)
It would be nice to have a volunteer for this activity. We simply needs
a friendly face to be present..
