Exactly what dates have been nominated so far?
Also, Annie, can you resend the e-mail that summarised which weeks were no
go because of key organisers not being able to attend.
Just a thought:
Why don't we just list all the weeks and get everyone to respond with which
weeks are OK for them. This will probably highlight 2,3 or 4 that are
popular and lets just use them for the vote. Know its two phase but raw
numbers are better than the seemingly endless comments on I can do this week
but not that!!!
Maybe it isn't a very good thought?????
