While I do understand the need to not let things drag on, the deed has
been done, and the date of November 30 has been announced as the cutoff
dates for comments.
If I acted without sufficient authority, I apologize, but unfortunately
that date has been published and I don't see how we can un-do it.
November 15th (2 days from today) is far too early to cut off comments.
At this time I would like to see us concentrate our efforts in discussing
our timeframe, listening to comments from the masses, and doing due
dilligence in assuring that our new timeframe does not present any
problems that might result in yet another call to reschedule.
