I would just like to add a bit of information, coming from a regular
NAB attendee. Not only the hotel rooms will be affected by higher
prices. With that many people in town for the convention, EVERYthing
will be impacted. Every restaurant, bar, show, etc. In fact, I have
even passed on NAB lately, because there are just too many people
trying to be in the same places.
I know April and I have missed the last couple of DLV's because of
work, but I have been keeping track of things via dlvorg. I just
wanted to put in my $.02 and encourage the schedule change. I think
everyone will be happier not having to compete with all the NAB folks.
