Loose ends and various items:
First of all, just got a note in feedback that Sahara room rates are
creeping upward for the weekend days. Don't procrastinate, gang!
A few miscellaneous items and loose ends I have noted from our past
mailings ...
1. Dress Barn discounts. Mindy, is this still on?
2. Golf prizes. Mindy, where should this stuff be shipped?
3. Local turnout. Looking at the registrations, we have 13 who have
registered indicating they are from the LV area, and 7 of those have
indicating their SO will be there as well, for a total of 20 (so far)
from the local LV area. If you remember, last year, those who were from
LV and who had not attended before were very likely (60%) to no-show.

For those of you who are local, if you recognize any of these and are

5. Contact phones. Mindy, you said Diane would be able to provide phone
coverage during the days. Is this still on? If so, I need the number as
I'm writing this stuff.

Remember, these will go out only to those who registered and not spammed
out to the whole list, so you do not have to worry about cold or crank
calls.
6. SO Activity. Mindy, is this still on? If so, what date, time,
location?
7. Leah, name, phone number, and schedule for that t* taxi driver. Do
you have this?
8. Second track Thursday evening activity. Do we want/need one. I have
a feeling that LaFemme and limo will attract half our people at most.
We've talked about a reception at the Boardwalk for this slot, but
nothing has been decided.

9. Saturday schedule. Abdicating is not an option on this one, gang,
we must decide.
a. Early (7:00) or late (10:00) show?
b. After-show activity? Luna? Another Triangle place? Fantasy Ball?
c. Metamorphosis (Fantasy Ball)? Do we put this on the schedule?
Saturday will be the "Big Night" for many of our people. This one is not
that difficult, no real busy work, just some discussion and perhaps
brainstorming.
I think our best option for show is the late one.
My suggestion is to two-track the after show timeslot with both
Metamporphosis and club tour, meeting at Icon, if Luna is not considered
to be a good rendezvous place (see Leah's notes).
Mailing goes out this weekend. I think it would be nice if we could make
a preliminary announcement about this. All we really need is a consensus
before Saturday evening.
