Yes! We're approaching that 100 day mark!

You mean you haven't started already? :)

Ok, we'll take your word for it. I didn't think it was that bad, but
I've noticed it won one of those "Worst buffet in LV" awards at
lasvegastaxi.com so maybe I hit it on a rare good night. :)

>bob has a working relationship with the IP so maybe he can help us get
>something there..

I've eaten in the smaller buffet in their coffee shop (very "ok") but
never in the big one mainly due to the comments in the newsfroups saying
it was bad. Do you have any current feedback on this. I may ask in the
group again just to get some recent opinions.

Comments? Would either LaFemme or Melinda be of interest for the Big
Show on Saturday?

Volunteer stuff:

You're very welcome. I would also like to thank you and the others who
have stepped forward to volunteer to help DLV. You are the people who
are actually making DLV as great as it has been and will be.

>I've *finally* been given the OK from work to attend DLV.... and have
>just finished registering.

Thank you. I'm actually surprised and impressed by the number of
registrations that have come in already.

>I would like to help out in the limo event,
>if its not already taken up by enough people.

I show Aiko and Mindy as doing this one.

Aiko, Mindy? Are things covered or do you need some help?

>I didn't want to volunteer earlier until I was sure that I was going to

>OK, and I can look into helping in another.

The one area where we're gonna need a volunteer is to coordinate the
show on Saturday evening. Are you (or anybody else) interested?

I also would like to see somebody plan something new and exciting for
Saturday afternoon, which would bump the Mall Crawl to one of the
weekday afternoons.

Golf:

I'm thinking it would be a good idea to get the DLVGOLF list going again,
since golf-related messages tend to come in large spurts and often need to
be sent out in a more timely manner than this list. Plus, it's something
that not everybody is interested in.

Unless there are any objections, I'll set this up again as a reflector-
exploder, and make an announcement in the mailing this Sunday.
