Pate Maison
get 1/2 lb Liverwurst( good stuff ) a small package of Cream
Cheese, a lemon, Red Wine , an Onion, Mayonaisse, Worcestire
sauce, Curry powder, nutmeg and butter
Put the liverwurst and cream cheese in a bowl and get it to room
temp so it is malleable
melt over low heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of Butter--
add to liverwurst and cream cheese the following:
juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1/2 teaspon Curry powder
a pinch of nutmeg
2 tablespoons Red wine(more if it seems too thick)
then add the melted butter last
mash it all together and put in a bowl -- smooth it out so it
looks as pretty as Karen Jane and chill
serve on crackers or pieces of buttered toast

1 Pound Bulk Sausage (Hot Or Mild)
2 Cup Sharp Chedder Cheese Grat
3 Cup Bisquick
Combine all ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts.
Bake on
cookie sheet at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Makes about
5 dozen. NOTE:
Sausage Balls may be frozen before or after baking. If
frozen after,
defrost and reheat at 350 degrees F.
