The World Professional Association for Transgender Health, formerly known as the Harry Benjamin International Gender Dysphoria Association, is an organization of clinicians, other health care professionals, and allied individuals which is focused upon the the understanding and treatment of gender identity issues.
The group was originally named after the late Dr. Harry Benjamin, noted researcher in the field.
