Toby Meltzer is a well-known physician and surgeon specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery, including Sex Reassignment Surgery.
Dr Meltzer has recently relocated his practice to Scottsdale, Arizona, US, after his long-standing practice in Portland, Oregon was compromised by a change in management and attitude at the hospital at which he was affiliated.
