The location of Fall Harvest rotated between Minneapolis, Omaha, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Des Moines, Iowa City, Kansas City and Cedar Rapids before establishing a semi-permanent location in Omaha in 2002. In 2008 the event relocated to Kansas City and now appears to be inactive.
