The location of Fall Harvest rotated between Minneapolis, Omaha, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Des Moines, Iowa City, Kansas City and Cedar Rapids before establishing a semi-permanent location in Omaha in 2002. In 2008 the event relocated to Kansas City and now appears to be inactive.
Fall Harvest was originally sponsored by MAGGIE and organized each year by volunteer groups affiliated with the MAGGIE organization. In 2008 the organizers assumed LLC status and moved the event to Kansas City.
