First of all, have you looked at the Big List?

http://www.geekbabe.com/dlv/vendors/

You have countless options. Quite a few restaurants
have been added lately. (Thanks, Nora!) :)

If you want some specific recommendations, what kinds
of cuisine do you like and what's your price range?

General rule of thumb is that as long as you dress and
behave as a lady (or gentleman), you will be treated
as such. Your money is just as green as anyone's.

Hi,

I'm going to be in Vegas soon, staying at Mirage.

Can anyone recomend a nice restarant where it's safe to go to alone for
a nice dinner dressed?

I'm not interestd in the bars or any of that nonsense you see on yahoo,
just a nice diner by myself without being hassled.

Thanks.

HI:

Let me know when you will be in Vegas. We go out every Monday night and you
are invited to join us.

Unfortunately all the 1005 totally cd friendly restaurants like Hamburger
Mary, Elvis and Suede have closed but we go to many that are a notch below
them and would love to have you join us.

My email address is cadnild@aol.com

I have eaten at every restaurant in the Mirage while at DLV and
received outstanding service and respect. The Mirage has been very
accepting although I did hear that one DLV girl had a problem with a
Mirage Ladies restroom at the most recent DLV but I can't confirm it.

Other than that the Mirage has been great. Also had a great time on two
different occasions at Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris.

Regards, Cathy B.

I'm assuming we will remove Suede from Friday night, or is it going to
re-open on a limited basis by next DLV?

If its gone for good, I guess we can't give them a second chance as
discussed earlier.

I've never been to Alexis but can the hotel restaurant handle a large
single group gathering like how Suede did as a potential place for DLV
to use?

Suede was only penciled in as one choice of a "choose one of three"
thing for Friday evening. It was to be the "safe" option.

I don't think the "choose one of three" thing is by any means
final, so it's really NBD this far out in the process.

Who knows? It closed before, only to re-open a few weeks later.

That property has gone through several incarnations over the years,
from La Strada to Sasha's to Tramps to Suede.

It's a good location, even though it can be quite zooey on the
weekend evenings and parking can be a challenge. I'm sure somebody
will open something in the space shortly.
